One of the twenty or so watercolour paintings first exhibited by Marilyn Manson in Paris and Berlin in September 2004. It was January 2005 before any appeared on Manson's own art site though.
Those little figures at the bottom put me in mind of Picasso. The flying figure, with stitching on its mouth, presumably represents a nazi-esque blood-sucker of some kind - out to kill judging by the gun. But if it's a 'Vampyr', why is its mouth sewn up?
