Marilyn Manson news for 2007
What Manson and friend have been doing in London:
Marilyn Manson and his girl-toy Evan Rachel Wood (sporting Lolita heart shaped glasses) spent an afternoon at UK's horror theme park London Dungeons. The park features rides based on executions and historical murders plus live actors recreating history's most gruesome events - plagues etc. Manson, who has described the almost 20 years younger Wood as his "twin" was especially fond of the Boat Ride to Hell.

New album for Manson is Lifesaver
Marilyn Manson states his upcoming album, 'Eat Me, Drink Me', saved his life after a really bad year.
He said 2006 was 'a terrible twelve months' for him and that he is amazed he's still alive after a culmination of bad events that were capped by his wife, Dita Von Teese, filing divorce papers at Christmas time.
Manson told Contactmusic: 'As many dark places that I've gone in my life and in my music this past year... it's a real wonder that I'm alive. I never wanted to make music again, but this was the only salvation I had going for me.'
Manson cites the song 'Just A Car Crash Away', as a stand out song that has affected many who have heard the track.
Monsters and Critics
Quote from NME article:
Songs on the album include 'If I Was Your Vampire', which is described as a: "six minutes epic". Of the song he said: "That song is the new 'Bela Lugosi's Dead'. It's the all-time gothic anthem."
'Just A Car Crash Away' is said to be a "death march", while 'The Red Carpet Grave' is "classic Manson". Other songs include 'You, Me and the Devil Makes 3' and the album's first single 'Putting Holes In Happiness', which Manson describes as: "A romantic-misogynistic-cannibal-gothic-vampire-ballad".
Manson also said he lost focus on creating the album for a time. He admitted: "Halfway through last year I was in such a black hole of depression I couldn't make anything, I couldn't do anything. I lost hope. I got trapped in one of the classic rock and roll clichés of having people that work for me rob me behind my back.
Well we can only hope that's he's back on track again, looks like it to me.

Manson had hoped to have his own absinthe out by December 2006, in time for Christmas, but it was not to be. Don't despair though because Markus Lion (distributor) has unveiled a prototype of 'Mansinthe', commissioned by Marilyn Manson.
Described as 'unnaturally green', it has no wormwood content and is therefore legal in the USA.

Video Shoot Casting
A call has gone out across the land (California) for 'some beautiful girls for a club scene starring Marilyn and Evan Rachel Wood.' Someone called Dustin Blackburn from INK Casting wants two photos from you and your contact info. 'Calls will go out tomorrow afternoon and the shoot will take place Sunday night in Los Angeles. Note there is no pay involved in this'.
You must do it for the love of it you see. This information reportedly came from a MySpace bulletin by Tyler Shields, a California based photographer.
