Shows cancelled!

The five planned holiday shows with Jane's Addiction and The Used are cancelled. Jane's Addiction cite their exhaustion as the reason. Sad news for the ticket holders. Perhaps especially so for those people hoping to see the sold out New Year's Eve show at Madison Square Garden, New York City.

Since Dita is in Holland for Christmas week and has a show in Lisbon, Portugal, on 31st December, perhaps Marilyn will now be with her in Europe.

NME interview

In the NME music paper's Christmas edition interview with Manson, he is asked:

What are your plans for 2004?

and replies that he's going to:

Try something completely different, a totally different way of expressing myself.

Sounds interesting. A solo effort?

I'm a little surprised that Marilyn made no Journal entry for the holiday season. I thought there might be 'a little something' to round off the year - especially after the cancellation of the holiday shows.

Shows for the holiday season

A short holiday season tour with Jane's Addiction is announced, with dates covering 27 December to 3 January 2004.

TV - Sharon Osbourne

Manson appears on the Sharon Osbourne show and reveals that the third TGAOG single will be (s)AINT. The video, to be made this weekend (15, 16 November), will star and be directed by Asia Argento, famous for getting her kit off/undressing.

Also on Sharon's show, he gives her a painting and a signed copy of his face mask to be auctioned on ebay for charity.
