He must have hung around a little while because he was later seen on T4 (about 3:30?), talking to Presenter Vernon Kay in a mini-interview.
A bbser describes it: They discussed the music, what inspired them to cover Personal Jesus. He said the songs on Lest We Forget are the ones he thinks best sum up his career, such as songs that were popular, songs that were singles, songs that were amazing live, songs that inspired murders and so on. Daily Record interviewScotland's very own wee moanin' faced rag (Rab C. Nesbitt's description), The Daily Record, publishes a Marilyn Manson interview.
Manson met Bowie after attending one of his shows as a fanboy earlier this year and said of him: 'He's everything that you would want when you meet someone that you really respect.'
He also said 'He and I have agreed to work on a song together for my next record when my tour's over.'
When asked about any plans to settle down and have kids, he replies: 'I haven't been around a lot of babies, you know? I will have a nephew when I get married.'
Of the baby in the just previewed Personal Jesus video, Marilyn says: 'I held the baby and I started singing to him, and he stopped crying instantly.'
'This baby was just looking at me and he was so happy. We finished the song, and I realised, in part, that maybe I had soothed him, but he had p***d (puked?) all over me.'
Of the Personal Jesus cover song he says: 'I did not stray greatly from the original as much as I have in the past with Tainted Love and Sweet Dreams. It maintains a basic pumping rhythm to it.'
Marilyn hopes to tour for The Best Of album, including dates in Scotland and the UK, and plans to act in a new film 'Living In Neon Dreams' with Tim Roth and Nastassja Kinski. He 'plays the Red Queen from Alice in Wonderland in a very different, twisted variation of it.'
